A Love Letter to Self is a one-to-one online session for people who understand that self-love and self-care are not optional — they are the foundation of every other relationship in your life.
This session is a conscious choice to put yourself first and to check in with how you’re really feeling beneath the day-to-day roles and responsibilities.
In our hour together, we combine:
a personalised guided meditation to slow down and reconnect with yourself
a tarot reading to reflect on where you are in your self-love journey and what needs your attention
Reiki to support balance, ease, and a sense of alignment
This is not about escaping your life or fixing yourself. It’s about taking responsibility for your wellbeing and giving yourself the same care, honesty, and presence you offer to others.
I work as a guide, holding space and offering insight while you do the important work of listening to yourself. This session is shaped by my own experience of learning that self-love isn’t something you wait for — it’s something you practice.
Sessions are held online and last approximately one hour. Appointments are available throughout February on Mondays, Fridays, and Sundays.
