With so much focus placed on external expressions of love, this hour is an opportunity to turn that attention inward and prioritise your relationship with yourself.
Together, we’ll slow down, reconnect and give space to self-care and self-love without pressure or performance. You are welcome to join exactly as you are — cameras on or off, participation always optional.
This session is designed for anyone who wants to show up for themselves during the loving, but often over-commercialised, Valentine’s season and end the weekend feeling more grounded and present.
Because self-love isn’t seasonal — but Valentine’s is a good reminder to practice it.
What to expect:
Guided meditation and inner journey to help you slow down, arrive in your body, and reconnect with yourself
Journalling time with gentle prompts to reflect on self-love, care, and what you want to offer yourself
An offering to your soul, inviting intention and self-connection
Reiki shared with the group to support balance, ease, and a sense of alignment
There is no pressure to share, perform, or participate in any specific way. You are welcome to sit quietly, listen, or engage as feels right for you.
After 9pm, there will be an optional sharing circle for anyone who wishes to stay. This is a relaxed space to reflect, listen, and connect with others — or you are equally welcome to log off and carry the experience with you.
