For one night I'm returning to online ceremony to gather together, honour Samhain and remember those who came before us. Whether you're a solitary witch who would usually mark Samhain alone or simply feel drawn to reconnecting with older traditions and seasonal practices, you are warmly invited to join me.
Samhain is a time to honour our ancestors, acknowledge what has passed and turn towards the darker half of the year. For this special evening, we'll create sacred space together from our own homes and take an hour away from the noise of everyday life to consciously mark this point in the wheel of the year.
We'll begin with a guided Samhain ceremony, grounding together, lighting our candles and creating space to honour our ancestors. There will be time to reflect on what we are ready to release, what deserves to be remembered and what we wish to carry with us into the season ahead.
I'll then open the cards for a collective tarot and oracle reading, asking what guidance and messages are coming through for us as we cross this seasonal threshold.
We'll finish with a distance Reiki bath, giving you time to lie back, receive and allow the energy and messages of the evening to settle.
You don't need to follow a particular path, call yourself a witch or have celebrated Samhain before. Curiosity and a desire to connect with the season are enough.
If you would like to, bring a candle, your journal, something warm to drink and a photograph or small item representing an ancestor or loved one you would like to honour.
